They love a good fiesta in Spain and there are plenty to choose from.

One of our favourites is Las Fallas which is held in Valencia each March and sees hundreds of huge statues built around the city.  There are also displays of amazing street lighting, massive fireworks and a lot of noise, street parades and general partying and at the end of the festival, all the statues are burned!
